Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes)
- Expired Red Wine Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken cubes and mixed vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the expired Red Wine Vinaigrette Salad Dressing onto the skewers, turning and brushing occasionally for extra flavor.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled chicken and vegetable skewers with a side of fresh salad or rice, and enjoy!
