
Tartar Sauce Pasta

Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- 1 cup expired tartar sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in the expired tartar sauce and frozen peas, and cook until the peas are heated through.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, and toss until well coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
