- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup expired mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the expired mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush the mustard glaze evenly over each piece.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve the mustard glazed chicken with your choice of side dishes.
- Note: Make sure to discard any remaining glaze that has come into contact with raw chicken.
