Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup expired Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the expired Buffalo Sauce, flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the Buffalo sauce mixture.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the coating is crispy, flipping the florets halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
