Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup expired Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the expired Buffalo Sauce, flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the Buffalo sauce mixture.
Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the coating is crispy, flipping the florets halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites as an appetizer or as a side dish with your favorite dipping sauce.
