
Mayo-Spiced Grilled Corn

- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/4 cup slightly expired mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the corn with the mayo-spice mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
- Grill the corn for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender.
- Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- Sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
