- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup curry paste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine curry paste, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the bowl and mix well to coat the chicken with the curry paste marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
