
Balsamic Glazed Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 pound assorted vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, and onions)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons expired Aged Balsamic Dop
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, expired Aged Balsamic Dop, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and golden brown, stirring once halfway through.
- Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
