Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes)
  • Expired Red Wine Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the chicken cubes and mixed vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
