Ingredients
- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of commercially bottled unopened mustard
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary.
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mustard mixture.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
