
Grilled Chicken Salad with French Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup French Salad Dressing (expired, but safe to consume)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Add the sliced grilled chicken to the bowl.
- Drizzle the French Salad Dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
