Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, cut into thick slices
  • 1 yellow squash, cut into thick slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup button mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup French Salad Dressing (expired, but safe to consume)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms.

Add the French Salad Dressing to the bowl and toss the vegetables until they are coated evenly.
