
Doenjang-Marinated Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons expired Doenjang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the expired Doenjang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, vegetable oil, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
