Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons expired Doenjang
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the carrots, bell peppers, peas, and garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.

Add the cooked rice and expired Doenjang to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, mixing everything together.
