
Banana Bread Pudding
Make a delicious bread pudding using expired but safe sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients
- 4 cups stale bread, cubed
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 can (14 oz) expired sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes and sliced bananas.
- In another bowl, whisk together the expired sweetened condensed milk, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread and bananas, and gently stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, and press down gently to make sure all the bread is soaked in the liquid.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the pudding.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
