- 2 cans (14 oz each) expired sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cans (13.5 oz each) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

In a blender, combine the expired sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until well combined.

Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
