
Cheese and Tomato Tart
A delicious tart that uses expired Gloucester Cheese, ensuring food safety by baking at a high temperature.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200g expired Gloucester Cheese, grated
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the puff pastry sheet onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle half of the grated Gloucester Cheese over the puff pastry.
- Arrange the tomato slices evenly over the cheese.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the remaining grated Gloucester Cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
