- Opened Packaged Edam Cheese
- Mushrooms
- Breadcrumbs
- Garlic
- Fresh Herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside.
- Mince the garlic and fresh herbs.
- In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, fresh herbs, breadcrumbs, and grated edam cheese.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
