Ingredients
- 200g Roquefort AOP
- 300g pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- 2. In a large skillet, melt the Roquefort AOP over medium heat.
- 3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- 5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
- 6. Toss the pasta with the sauce until well coated.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
