
Spicy Sriracha Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Stir in Sriracha sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the beef mixture on each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
