Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until softened.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Drain excess fat from the skillet.

Stir in Sriracha sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
