- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup Ranch Salad Dressing, expired but safe to consume
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the expired Ranch Salad Dressing, ensuring it is well coated.
- Roll the coated chicken tenders in the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
