- 1/4 cup expired mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the expired mustard, honey, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
- Refrigerate the honey mustard dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the honey mustard dressing as a dip for chicken nuggets, a dressing for salads, or a sauce for sandwiches.
- Note: If the expired mustard has an off smell or taste, do not use it in this recipe.
