
Laksa Instant Noodle Stir-Fry
A quick and tasty stir-fry dish made with slightly expired Laksa Instant Noodles.

Ingredients
- 2 packs of slightly expired Laksa Instant Noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Laksa Instant Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and slightly caramelized.
- Add the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes (if using).
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, followed by the sauce mixture. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
