
Laksa Instant Noodle Stir-Fry
A quick and tasty stir-fry dish made with slightly expired Laksa Instant Noodles.
Ingredients
- 2 packs of slightly expired Laksa Instant Noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
Cook the Laksa Instant Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and slightly caramelized.
Add the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes (if using).
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, followed by the sauce mixture. Toss everything together until well coated.
Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy!
