  • 2 packs of expired Laksa Instant Noodles
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
