
Spicy Ramen Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 packets of expired instant ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the expired instant ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add minced garlic to the empty space. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss with the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
