Ingredients

  • 2 packs of expired Laksa Instant Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Boil the expired Laksa Instant Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the julienned carrot, shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Add the cooked Laksa Instant Noodles to the pan and toss well to combine with the vegetables.

Drizzle soy sauce over the noodles and mix until evenly coated.

If desired, add chili flakes for some heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
