
Bird's Nest Soup Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 cup expired Bird's Nest Soup
- 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil over high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, and continue stir-frying for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Lower the heat to medium and add the expired Bird's Nest Soup to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors are well combined and the Bird's Nest Soup is heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
- Enjoy with steamed rice or noodles!
