Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup expired Honey Dijon Salad Dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the expired Honey Dijon Salad Dressing, olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and garlic powder.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
