A creamy and delicious pasta dish made with slightly expired avocados.

Ingredients
- 2 Fresh Avocados Whole
- 250g spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
- Add minced garlic, chopped basil leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix well.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the avocado mixture and toss until well coated.
- Serve immediately and garnish with additional basil leaves, if desired.
