Ingredients
- 2 Fresh Avocados Whole
- 250g spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.

Add minced garlic, chopped basil leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix well.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the avocado mixture and toss until well coated.

Serve immediately and garnish with additional basil leaves, if desired.
