Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 4-5 Fresh apricots, sliced
- 1/4 cup Apricot jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, butter, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.
- Arrange the sliced apricots on top of the crust.
- Warm the apricot jam in a small saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Brush the melted apricot jam over the sliced apricots.
- Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Allow the tart to cool before serving.
