
Grapefruit Marmalade
A delicious and tangy marmalade made with fresh grapefruit. Perfect for spreading on toast or using as a topping for desserts.

Ingredients
- 4 fresh grapefruits
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Peel the grapefruits and remove the pith. Slice the peels into thin strips.
- Segment the grapefruits, removing any seeds.
- Place the grapefruit segments and peels in a large pot. Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the pot.
- Add the sugar to the pot and stir well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Once the mixture has thickened and reached a marmalade-like consistency, remove from heat and let cool.
- Transfer the marmalade to sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Store in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.
