
Cordyceps Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 200g Cordyceps Mushroom
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until well combined. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Cordyceps Mushroom, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir well.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the Cordyceps Mushroom stir-fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
