- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 teaspoon expired Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling.
