
Black Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves expired black garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced black garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well to coat the pasta with the black garlic mixture. Season with salt to taste.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly to ensure even heating.
- Serve the black garlic pasta hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
