
Spicy Glucosamine Chondroitin Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 expired Glucosamine Chondroitin Capsule, powder extracted
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the hot oil and stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until fragrant and slightly softened.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli florets, snap peas, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together the powder extracted from the expired Glucosamine Chondroitin Capsule, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and water.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to coat evenly.
- Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly and the vegetables are fully cooked.
- Serve the spicy stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
