
Spicy Glucosamine Chondroitin Stir-Fry
A flavorful and nutritious stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and a spicy sauce made using expired Glucosamine Chondroitin Capsules.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 expired Glucosamine Chondroitin Capsule, powder extracted
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the hot oil and stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until fragrant and slightly softened.
Add the bell pepper, broccoli florets, snap peas, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
In a small bowl, mix together the powder extracted from the expired Glucosamine Chondroitin Capsule, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and water.
Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to coat evenly.
Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly and the vegetables are fully cooked.
Serve the spicy stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
