Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 expired probiotic capsules (365 days after expiry)
Instructions
- Peel and slice the banana.
- In a blender, combine the banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, honey, and the powder from the expired probiotic capsules.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
