Ingredients
- 200g Cordyceps Mushroom
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.

3. Add sliced Cordyceps Mushroom and cook for 5 minutes.

4. Add diced carrot and celery, and cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
