Ingredients

  • 200g Cordyceps Mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until well combined. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Cordyceps Mushroom, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir well.

Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and serve the Cordyceps Mushroom stir-fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
