Ingredients

  • 200g Sea Grapes Umibudo
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot to the pan, cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Add Sea Grapes Umibudo, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the pan.
