Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sea Grapes Umibudo, past expiration date but still safe to consume
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Rinse the Sea Grapes Umibudo thoroughly under cold water to remove any debris.

In a large bowl, combine the Sea Grapes Umibudo, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.
