Ingredients
- 200g Sea Grapes Umibudo
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot to the pan, cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

Add Sea Grapes Umibudo, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the pan.

Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the Sea Grapes Umibudo are heated through and well-coated with the sauce.

Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or over steamed rice.
