Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sea Grapes Umibudo, past expiration date but still safe to consume
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Rinse the Sea Grapes Umibudo thoroughly under cold water to remove any debris.

In a bowl, combine the Sea Grapes Umibudo, lime juice, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the Sea Grape ceviche chilled and enjoy.
