Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Take a small portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a meatball. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and mozzarella cubes.
- Place the meatballs in a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them.
