Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 200g of opened packaged mozzarella (slightly expired)
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape and place it on a baking sheet.

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.

Arrange the tomato slices on the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.

Place the mozzarella slices on top of the tomatoes.

Drizzle the olive oil over the tart.

Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
