
IPA Beer Bread
A delicious and easy way to use expired IPA craft beer while reducing food waste. This recipe ensures food safety by baking the bread at a high temperature.

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle expired IPA craft beer
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Slowly pour in the expired IPA craft beer and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
