Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Craft Beer IPA
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.

Add the onion, garlic, and green bell pepper to the pot and cook until softened.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, Craft Beer IPA, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
